Abstract
This edition- (a) includes the amendments contained in the Finance Act 2021 of 30th June, 2021. (b) has been prepared using the Income Tax Act, Revised Edition 2020. (2) In all cases, references must be made to the actual text of the principal and subsidiary legislation published by the Government Printer and should the terms and text of this copy be at variance with the legislation published by the Government Printer, the latter must be followed.
