Abstract

An Act of Parliament to amend the Tax Procedures Act and for connected purposes. This Act may be cited as the Tax Procedures (Amendment) (No. 2) Act , 2024. Section 23A of the Tax Procedures Act, hereafter referred to as the "principal Act" , is amended.
